A delicious gluten-free strawberry pastry for one person. A pastry with two layers of gluten-free cake made from rice flour, lactose-free cream and finished with fresh strawberries. To be clear: why Lactose Low and not Lactose Free? The product contains 0.1 grams of lactose per 100 grams of product. The pastries are completely gluten-free! (and Palm Oil free).
The gluten-free range is not made in-house. We work with gluten in the bakery ourselves and can therefore never rule out traces of it.
